How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add the compounds you want to the inquiry drawer, acknowledge the research-use-only terms, and submit your shipping details. Support reviews the inquiry and confirms it by email.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can build an inquiry of any size through the catalog. Bulk and recurring supply review is available when you need larger quantities.
Do prices show before I inquire?
Yes. Every catalog card shows a starting price and live availability before the inquiry drawer opens — no separate quote sheet required.
Can I use a referral or affiliate code?
Yes. Enter your affiliate or referral code in the inquiry drawer at checkout and it will be applied to your order.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We provide nationwide shipping support across the U.S. For anything outside standard domestic delivery, contact support before submitting so availability and requirements can be reviewed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination. You'll see the total before you submit.
How should I store my order on arrival?
Open the package promptly and move lyophilized products to the recommended storage condition. Request a compound-specific storage note by order number if you need one.
What if a vial arrives damaged?
Contact support with your order number, delivery details, and photos of the package and vial. Support can review replacement eligibility and next steps.
Accounts & order tracking
Do I need an account to order?
No, but an account lets you track order status, download invoices, view past orders, and reorder in one click. Create one on the Account page.
How do I track my order status?
Sign in to your account to see a live status tracker for each order. You can also ask Zee in the chat with your order number (like ZL-123456) and the email you used.
Can I download an invoice?
Yes. Open any order in your account and download or print the invoice as a PDF.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the Account page. We'll email you a secure reset link.
Documentation & quality
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Request a COA by your order number through the Documentation Hub. It stays linked to your reference so support can match the correct record.
Are compounds third-party tested?
Testing and lot documentation can be requested by order number. We route proof requests through documentation tied to the correct inquiry rather than making unsupported public claims.
Can I request multiple COAs on one order?
Yes. Submit the order number and select COA in the Documentation Hub, then add any compound or lot notes in your follow-up.
Compliance & safety
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. By ordering, you acknowledge they will be handled in a qualified research setting.
Do you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. Zemo Labs does not provide dosing, administration, or reconstitution-volume instructions. Follow your own approved research protocol.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Catalog access and ordering require you to be 21 or older.
